Vegas Heart Moon respects your privacy. We do not track analytics, we do not sell your data, and we only use the information you provide to us to process your submission. We may also use this information to communicate with you if and when necessary.

If you are submitting to us via Duosuma or Submittable, financial transactions and initial data intake are processed via these third-parties. We do not store your credit or debit card information within Vegas Heart Moon.

Contact information and Submission data: Because these records are processed and archived through third-party platforms (Duosuma/Submittable), Vegas Heart Moon does not have the administrative ability to delete finalized submissions from those databases. Your data is managed according to the retention policies of those specific platforms. For general submissions: We only retain your information within Vegas Heart Moon for as long as it is a necessity for the editorial and publishing process. For accepted submissions: We retain a log of accepted submissions and the associated contact data for an indefinite period of time due to the need to retain a copy of your agreement to our publishing terms.
