Refund Policies: Vegas Heart Moon is an editorial magazine, and all submission fees are final. Submission fees directly contribute to our operating costs and expenses. We do not offer refunds for submitted work(s). In the rare event a refund is a necessity (such as an accidental duplicate submission), we first attempt to issue the refund through the original transaction platform. If that window has closed, we will process the refund via PayPal. Once initiated, the timing of funds is dependent on the policies of the third-party processor and your financial institution.
